Visual and Analysis Essay
On September 11th 2001 the United States of America was attacked by terrorist. On this day the nation suffered its largest loss of life on its soil as a result of these hostile attacks. There were nearly 343 fatalities suffered , there was also a largest loss of any emergency response team. In a seventeen minute period between 8:43 and 9:03 am New York City and the Port Authority of New Jersey mobilized the largest operation in this history, well over a thousand first responders had been deployed and evacuation had begun and the decision that the fires could not be put out had been made. September 11th 2001 was a day of unprecedented shock and suffering in the history of the United States. The American Airlines Flight 11 was hijacked at 8:25 by two terrorist who arrived in Portland .At 8:46 the American Airlines Flight 11 flew into North Tower of the world trade Center cutting thought the 93rd to 99th floor. Hundreds of civilians were killed instantly on impact and hundreds more remained alive but trapped.
The first thing I noticed in the visual was the flag and pole, but my eyes were also drawn on the firefighters.   My first impression on the visual is bravery because the fire fighters that are trying to save their lives, most people would be able to put their feet in the fire fighters shoes.
