National bank of New Zealand Ltd
This assessment will briefly introduce the National bank of New Zealand ltd, identify its current problems in using problem solving model and analysis all the steps in the model. In order to solving the problem, different research methods will be used, I will use date collection methods and data analysis methods to analysis the outcome and effect in each stages. At the end of my proposal, it will come to recommendations.
Introduction of National bank of New Zealand Ltd (NBNZ)
The National bank of New Zealand Ltd (NBNZ), it is one of the largest banks, offering a full range of competitive personal, business and rural products and services. Its owner is ANZ National bank ltd- the New Zealand subsidiary of Australia and New Zealand Banking Group. ANZ purchased it in 2003 from Lloyds TSB who, earlier as Lloyds Bank, had been sole owner since 1966.
The company was incorporated in 1979 and is headquartered in Wellington, New Zealand. ANZ National Bank Limited operates as a subsidiary of ANZ Holdings (New Zealand) Limited.

1. One of the biggest business problems of The NBNZ is competition because there are new player coming to share the market and take affection on current and potential customers of NBNZ. On the other hand those competitors are providing the same services that NBNZ is offering to the customers, the harmful competitions are playing negative impacts for the society.
2. The second problem of The National bank of New Zealand Ltd is security system. Day by day there are more armed robbers happed and money was robbed in pat one year. The Auckland national bank branches at Mt Eden and Mt Albert has been robbed many...
