Write a 300-word minimum ethical code of conduct listing the rules and principles that your company will use in decision-making.

Code of Ethics
Jennie’s Party & Catering Company is a privately owned business which instills high morals and values on employees and prides itself on superior customer service. Our core values are instilled in our workers and are, Safety, integrity, performance excellence, and teamwork. We also value creating personal awareness amongst ourselves and each other. The code of ethics is ten basic rules the employees must adhere to, in able to maintain and gain integrity and teamwork to each other and customers. The most important code is to follow our mission statement at all costs. This can alleviate many possible issues altogether. The employees must make sure all food is cooked to ServSafe guidelines. They must adhere to all sanitary precautions, including appropriate personal hygiene. In relation to ServSafe Guidelines on appropriate cooking temperatures and sanitary precautions, all employees must take and become certified with a ServSafe Certificate. Employees must treat all customers fairly, and maintain good customer service skills, using anger management techniques at all times, (refer to our Conflict Resolution Document if further information is needed). Workers must obey all laws and legalities of the government and business; they must be aware of the ‘zero tolerance’ rule for alcohol and drug consumption.
