Name: Harper is a very outgoing four-year-old little girl who enjoys life and everything she has around her. She is very thoughtful and loving. Harper attends a childhood development center where she has lots of friends. Harper lives a very normal four-year-old life. She has two older brothers and a six month old baby sister whom she constantly talks about to her teachers about and to her friends in her class.

Characteristics: Harper is 3 foot 3 inches and weighs 34 pounds. She is normal size compared to the other children in her class and she has very good alignment.. She has blonde curly hair and light olive skin, presumably of Italian decent.

Motor Coordination: Harper has developed many fine and gross motor skills. She is able to ride a bike with training wheels and she completely gives herself a bath. She likes to wash her hair and wash between her toes. She brushes her teeth every night before bedtime. She feeds herself with a small spoon and fork without any trouble. She can zip and unzip her coat without any help. She loves to try and write her name and does so most of the time. She is able to twist and partially braid her long curly hair. She puts her velcro shoes on by herself and knows which foot is which.

Health: Harper has exceptional health with the occasional common cold during the winter. She has only had an ear infection when she was an infant. Other than that, Harper has only been to the doctors for her occasional check-ups and shots.

Nutrition and Food Habits: Harper is a picky eater. She will only finish her plate when she has dessert offered to her and when her favorite foods are offered to her. She likes to eat vegetables too with her meals. She loves milk for dinner and right before she goes to bed.

Cognitive Development: Harper doesn't understand cause and effect too well. She has a hard time understanding that if you do something, it causes something else to happen. Recently, she took a toy from one of her friends without...
