The structure of the Judiciary of Texas is put into play for everyone to see in Article 5 of the Texas Constitution and is further explained within the laws of Texas. The appropriate laws are the Texas Government Code and the Texas Probate Code. The structures of the courts in Texas are highly complicated. There are 5 main layers of courts in the state of Texas. They are Municipal Courts, County and District Courts, Administration with is the responsibility of the Texas Supreme Court, which is handled by the Texas Office of Court Administration, and Texas Judicial Council and the State Bar of Texas.
The United States Federal Courts are made of the judiciary branch of the federal government under the United States Constitution and laws of the federal government. This falls up under Article 3 of the Constitution requires the foundation of the Supreme Court to make other federal courts. Congress can adjust the judicial system as a whole, though much of this power has been delegated to the courts themselves. The federal courts had 3 levels. They are the United States District Courts, the Unites States Courts of Appeals, and the Supreme Courts of the United States.
