Dalai Lama and China
  The 14th Dalai Lama is a lineage of religious officials of the Gelug sect of Tibetan Buddhism. Lama has received an extensive education in Buddhist thought and practice in his childhood. He writes and speaks the religious with love and compassion in the pursuit of goodness and happiness. He has spent most of his time against communism in all over the world. He is also considered the Tibetan Buddhist spiritual and temporal leaders in Tibet. Recently, he was very busy on all different types of political meeting with some presidents, planning different independent movement in and around Tibet in the name of religious freedom. Through his movement, the 14th Lama asserts that Tibet should separate out of The People`s Republic of China.
First, Lama states that there was a fact that Tibet was an independent country half century ago. Tibet was a ancient country with unique culture, history and identity. The reason why Tibet has changed is because the Chinese army invasion. Lama says,” There is no doubt that the histories of Tibet and China have often been intertwined, including periods of Tibetan rule in China. However, there is no justification for the claim that Tibet has always been part of China and was simply brought back into the fold by the 1950 invasion” (freetibet.org).
Second, Lama expresses that Tibetans are not only become irrelevant minority in China but also it is disappeared by large national assimilation. There are lots of Tibetans who are discriminated by Han Chinese people event thought they are rich living in their own houses.
Third, Tibetans live in an unhappy state, and this causes their peaceful protests spontaneously in three districts of Lhasa in Tibet, on March 10th, 2008. Lama explains that he did not lead and organize this ‘peaceful’ protest. The Tibetan can`t tolerate Chinese government, which causes this protest.
