I do at times, and my solution to it is simply- dance, not just any dance it is SALSA
I will teach you the basic salsa steps today, as I hope it will encourage some of you to benefit from that dance.
Most important benefits from salsa dance are:
1. It is a stress reliever.
2. It relies tension worries and negative worries.
3. It is a Physical activity and social interaction, it helps to overcome shyness
4. Great way to lose weight or maintain weight
5. Fun way to get in shape
6. And for the ladies it will help you to feel sexy
So please stand up everyone and follow my steps
1. Salsa is danced on 8, but 4 we omit 4 and 8.
2. Men with the left foot stepping forward, ladies with the right foot stepping beck – one, tapping your heal for two, and together on three, another way to think about is quick, quick, slow
3. We have mastered the 1,2,3 and now we will do the 5,6,7,
4. And it goes the same way only stepping forward with the left foot forward for ladies and right foot for men.
Summing up my performance, you will benefit from dancing salsa in many ways . You will fill happier as it helps to relies the stress, you will fill sexier, and of course you will feel much healthier. I hope I have encoured you to dance salsa. Go and find the nearest salsa club!!!
