How to Lose weight
Since I am over weight person, I have a lot to introduce. I have doing the regime for the last five years and I came up with three main things which are helpful in losing weight, first, avoiding high calories products, second drink a lot of green tea, third play some sports.
If you want to lose some weight stay away from the high calories products such as, french-fries, hamburgers, desert and so on. Eating more from the perfuse food especially before going to bed can cause major health problems for your body. If want to eat them I recommend that to eat them at the day time and try to do some activities after eating these food. Can we avoid high calories meals? Yes we can by replacing the white bred by brown bred, drinking the tea without sugar, eating only sandwiches at fast food restaurants without   having French-fries, having chicken sandwich without mayonnaise and so on.
Second, you should try to follow each meal with a cup of green tea. Researchers find that the most less percent of the cancer disease around the world in Morocco due to their people who drink a lot of the green tea during the day, more over it is not only a good habit there but also it is kind of cultural thing the use to do. The green tea works as a burner for the calories inside your stomach. That is way it is important to not drink it when you are hungry because it is going to hurt you.

Third, if you play any sport for an hour daily I can guaranty that you are going to lose weight because you can see in our daily life that all the atelic people are in good shape! Athletic people are regular people but they do not get fat and this is the best proof for sports in general as a major factor in losing weight. When I was working on my regime last year I walking and jogging a lot, however, it helped me to lose a lot of weight. I prefer this kind of sport because it is easy and does not need for special skills in addition for that you can walk every were, and alone....
