Literary devices used: Symbol is using an object or action that means something more than its literal meaning.
Rhyme Scheme: AB CCD, in some parts not really repetitive.
Tone: Mellow Tone, no excitement, kinda some fear.
Gravity- noun
1.
the force of attraction by which terrestrial bodies tend to fall toward the center of the earth.
2.
heaviness or weight.

Gravity- this word can be exchanged with conformity, or love; just whatever pulls the writer down. This object being negative because the gravity is weight that he cant handle very well.

Gravity is working against me
And gravity wants to bring me down                           The idea of this force being negative.

Oh I'll never know what makes this man                     He love’s something that is tearing him
With all the love that his heart can stand down and he doesn’t know why. He
Dream of ways to throw it all away                             questions it. All he thinks about is how
                                                                                    to make it happen.
Oh Gravity is working against me
And gravity wants to bring me down

Oh twice as much aint twice as good                         You could be working so hard at this
And can't sustain like a one half could                       “gravity” you could be missing out on
It's wanting more                                                         something more important in life. Have  
That's gonna send me to my knees                             focus. Balance! Or “gravty’s” gonna pull back down. “Knees” indicating maybe prayer or a sign of help.
                                                                                                                                                                     
Oh gravity, stay the hell away from me                       He’s coming to terms with this “gravity”
And gravity has taken better men than me...
