On May 1, 2013, I placed an order with one of your representatives for a hand painted inner beauty lamp. When the lamp arrived on May 7, 2013, the dragonfly that attaches to the base of the lamp was not in the box.
I immediately called your company and talked with a representative who connected me to the Customer Service Department. I talked to Marge at that time who assured me the part would be sent to my home within one week. I waited another week before calling again, because I am aware that problems do arise with shipping out orders.
Monday morning of the following week, I called Customer Service again, and this time I talked to a representative named Melissa who had me to wait on the line while she checked everything out. She told me this time it would be another two weeks because the dragonfly had to come from the manufacturer to Montgomery Ward and they would ship it to me no later than July 5, 2013. It is now July 8, 2013 and I am getting frustrated.
To resolve this issue, please give me a call at 219-555-7978 within the next ten days or I will have no choice except to send back the lamp and request a full refund. I am enclosing a copy of my invoice. I look forward to your reply and a resolution to this problem very soon.
