People should consider having a healthy lifestyle in order to live a stress free and longer life.
Living a healthy lifestyle is certainly not easy. A healthy lifestyle is defined by three different categories: physical, mental/emotional and spiritual. In order to live a truly healthy lifestyle, we should balance all three categories and they should all function together simultaneously.
In order to live a physically and mentally healthy lifestyle, we should learn how to balance your every day life. Doing a minimum of thirty minutes of cardiovascular activity for just three days a week, can give us numerous benefits for you body. Not only can physical activity extend your years of life, but it can also reduce the likelihood of getting many health related problems.
But think about second, nowadays we see a lot of people’s physical activity is limited to the brief walk between their house and their car parked nearby.
As we are in the 21st century, we are living in a stress filled and rushing lifestyle which makes us prone to so called modern diseases, which are heart diseases, obesity, diabetics etc. but many would say this as being something that they can’t avoid nowadays, but we should at least understand what healthy living is all about and what you can you to improve your quality of life, rather than being obsessed with making money which leave us in a stressed up state and make us die earlier.
Therefore in this research paper I will talk about three different categories of a healthy lifestyle and the mistakes we all doing when it comes to healthy diet and finally what can be done to improve our overall health.
